1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. It holds a short entry — usually a random identifier or a setting. When you return to the same site, the browser sends that entry back, which lets the site recognise the same device.
Cookies are not programs or viruses: they cannot run code, read other files on your computer, or learn your name. They do, however, make it possible to track behaviour on a site, which is why their use is governed by the Law on Electronic Communications and the General Data Protection Regulation.
By lifetime, cookies are either session cookies, deleted when the browser closes, or persistent cookies, which remain for a set period. By origin, they are either first-party, set by the site itself, or third-party, set by outside providers such as analytics or advertising platforms.
On this site every cookie other than the essential ones is set only with your consent. Until you give it, the analytics and advertising scripts are not loaded at all — not merely inactive, but never downloaded. How we handle the data they collect is described in the privacy policy.
2. Essential cookies
These cookies are needed for the site to work: to remember your choice about the other categories, and to let the enquiry form be sent securely. They do not require consent as a legal basis — without them the site simply would not work as you expect. They cannot be switched off, but like any others you can delete them in your browser.

3. Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies show how the site is used: which pages are viewed, where visitors come from, and at what point a page is closed. We need this data for practical reasons — it showed us, for example, that the property filters were buried too deep on mobile. We see the data only in aggregate, and IP addresses are truncated.
These cookies are set only if you chose Accept all in the cookie banner, or separately switched on the Analytics category.

4. Marketing cookies
Marketing cookies let us measure how ad campaigns perform, and avoid showing ads to people who have already sent an enquiry. They are set by third parties — the Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn platforms — which process this data as independent or joint controllers under their own privacy policies.
These cookies are set only with separate consent to the Marketing category. Without it, the advertising platforms' code is never loaded into the page.

5. How to change your choice
On your first visit a cookie banner appears at the bottom with three options: Accept all, Essential only and Settings. Settings opens a separate switch for each category — analytics and marketing, since the essential cookies cannot be declined.
Your choice is stored in the dn_consent cookie and lasts 12 months. To change it sooner, delete this site's cookies in your browser — the banner will appear again and you can choose differently. Once consent is withdrawn, analytics and marketing cookies already set stop being updated, and no new ones are set.
6. How to delete cookies in your browser
You can delete or block cookies in any browser, whatever you chose on our site. Below are the short routes in the most popular browsers. Menu names may differ slightly between versions.
- Google Chrome. Menu (three dots) → Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies. To delete data already stored, choose Delete browsing data and tick Cookies and other site data. A particular site's cookies are under See all site data and permissions.
- Mozilla Firefox. Menu (three lines) → Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data. Clear Data deletes every cookie, while Manage Data lets you delete a single site's entries. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection you can choose Strict mode.
- Safari (macOS and iOS). macOS: Safari → Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data. iOS and iPadOS: Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data, or Clear History and Website Data. You can also turn on Prevent Cross-Site Tracking.
You can also use your browser's private or incognito mode, in which cookies are deleted when the window is closed. Some browsers, such as Safari and Firefox, block third-party tracking cookies automatically.
7. What declining cookies means
If you decline analytics and marketing cookies, the site works entirely normally: the property catalogue, filters, map, articles and enquiry forms all behave the same. The only difference is that we will not see how the site is used, or know which ad campaign brought a visitor.
If you delete the essential cookies too, your recorded consent choice is lost and the cookie banner will appear again. Blocking all cookies at browser level may stop the enquiry form from sending, because the protection against duplicate submission will no longer work.
8. Changes to this policy
We review the list of cookies at least once a year, and whenever a new tool is added to the site. If the categories change or new third-party cookies appear, we update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for consent again. The date of this document is shown at the top of the page.
