On working days, within one working day and usually within a few hours. Your enquiry goes straight into our system and is assigned to a named agent, so it does not get lost in a shared inbox. If you write on a Friday evening or at the weekend, we will be in touch on Monday morning.

The first conversation — by phone, at the office or remotely — is free and commits you to nothing. In it we establish your situation, give you a preliminary market assessment and explain the options. Only separately commissioned services are chargeable, such as a full written valuation report for official use, and their cost is always agreed in advance in writing.

You can, but we recommend arranging a time. Our agents spend much of the day at properties and viewings, so arriving unannounced may mean waiting, or speaking to someone other than the specialist you need. With an appointment we prepare beforehand: a summary of sales in your district and specific suggestions.

We advise in Lithuanian, English and Russian. Contracts, handover records and other documents are drawn up in Lithuanian, and for clients from abroad we prepare an unofficial English translation so every clause is understood before signing.

If you know what sort of property you need, choose by specialism — each team member's card lists theirs. If you have not decided yet, send a general enquiry: we will route it by property type, district and who has capacity. No client is ever handled by several people at once — you will have one point of contact from the first conversation through to completion.
