1. General provisions
The website https://whitevg.com is operated by UAB „White Vision Group“, registered address Vilnius. In these terms the company is referred to as "we" and the visitor to the site as "you".
By using the site you confirm that you have read these terms and will abide by them. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the site. The terms apply to every page of the site, including the property catalogue, service descriptions, articles and enquiry forms.
The site may be used by individuals with full legal capacity and by representatives of legal entities. Please send enquiries through the forms only if you are eighteen or over, or are acting with the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. What the site is for
The site is an information channel: on it we present our property agency services, publish a catalogue of property for sale and to let, introduce the team and share market insights. It is not an online shop — you cannot buy property, conclude a contract or make a payment through it.
All recommendations, articles and worked examples on the site are general information. They are no substitute for an individual consultation, a valuation report, or legal or tax advice prepared for your particular situation. Before making a financial decision, ask for a personal consultation.
3. Accuracy of information
Property data — price, floor area, number of rooms, status, photographs and descriptions — reaches the site automatically from our internal client and property management system. When an agent changes a record there, the change appears on the site within minutes. This is deliberate: it avoids a stale listing hanging on the site for weeks.
Even so, between updates the information may briefly fall out of step with reality. Prices, discounts, statuses and availability can change without notice: a property may be reserved, sold or let on the same day. If you notice an inaccuracy, tell us and we will correct it at once.
For some properties the exact address is deliberately not shown: owners often ask that the precise location stay private until there is a serious buyer. In those cases we give the city and district, and the map shows an approximate area rather than a particular building. Plans, measurements and visualisations are illustrative; base any decision on the cadastral survey file and the documents.
4. A listing is not a public offer
Property information published on the site is not a public offer within the meaning of Article 6.171 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. It is an invitation to make offers and to ask for further information.
A transaction is concluded only when the relevant contract is signed in the form required by law — for the sale and purchase of real estate, in notarial form. Neither sending an enquiry, nor booking a viewing, nor corresponding with an agent by email creates any obligation to sell or buy, or guarantees the price shown in a listing.
5. Rules of use
By using the site you undertake:
- to give accurate information in enquiry forms, and not to use other people's contact details without their knowledge;
- not to use automated means — bots, scrapers or other programs — to copy the site's content, property listings or contact details in bulk;
- not to disrupt the site's operation, attempt to circumvent its security measures, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our prior written consent;
- not to use the contact details on the site to send unsolicited commercial offers;
- not to post or send content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of third parties.
If these rules are broken, we may restrict access to the site and, where the breach causes harm, refer the matter to the competent authorities.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, articles, property descriptions, photographs, video, graphics, design, code, trade mark and logo — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The rights belong to us or to partners who have licensed them to us.
You may view, print and save the content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — copying, distribution, publication on other websites, inclusion in databases, modification or use for training models — requires our prior written consent.
Our articles may be quoted up to one paragraph at a time, with a clear, active link to the original. Property photographs are separate works and may not be distributed without separate consent.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. We make every effort to keep it running without interruption or error, but we do not guarantee continuous availability: maintenance, supplier outages or other circumstances beyond our control may temporarily restrict access.
We are not liable for losses arising from decisions made solely on the general information on the site, without an individual consultation and a check of the documents. Nor are we liable for the actions of third parties — portals, banks, notaries, valuers or surveyors — or for the accuracy of the information they provide.
This limitation does not apply to harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, nor to consumer rights that mandatory law does not allow to be limited. Our liability as an agent to a particular client is set by the agency agreement signed with them.
8. Links to other sites
The site may contain links to third-party pages: map services, banks' mortgage calculators, registry and government websites, partners' pages. These links are provided for your convenience.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. Following such a link takes you to an environment run by someone else, under their rules. We recommend reading them.
9. Enquiries and personal data
By sending an enquiry you agree to our contacting you using the details you give. What data we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it and what rights you have are set out in full in the privacy policy. The cookies used on the site are described in the cookie policy.
Please do not include unnecessary information in the enquiry form: your personal identification number, bank account details or copies of documents. When a transaction requires such data, we will ask for it through a secure channel.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any relationship arising from use of the site, are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We aim to settle disputes by negotiation first. If you have a complaint, write to info@whitevg.com — we will reply within fourteen calendar days. Consumers may also take a request or complaint to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, or through the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is decided by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania at our registered office, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms unilaterally in response to changes in the law, new site functionality or changes in our business. The current version is always published on this page, with its date shown at the top of the document.
By continuing to use the site after changes are published, you confirm that you accept the new version. Changes do not affect agency agreements already concluded — those remain subject to the terms agreed when they were signed.
12. Contact
Send questions about these terms to info@whitevg.com. Send written correspondence to UAB „White Vision Group“, Vilnius, Lithuania.
